> Invite people to your workspace by email, track invitations, change member roles, and remove access.

Source: https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/admin/members-and-invitations/

The **Members** page lists the people in your workspace and their roles. Admins use it to invite people, change roles, and remove access.

Open the workspace menu, then select **Invite and manage members**. You can also select **Members** in the settings sidebar.

## What is on the Members page

| Item | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| **Members (N)** | The list of members. N is the number of members. |
| **Invitations** | The invitations that admins sent. Only admins see this tab. |
| **Search members** | Finds a member by name, email, role, or team. |
| Columns | **Name**, **Email**, **Teams**, and **Role**. |

## Invite people

You can invite anyone by email address. The person does not need a TulipFarm account. If they are new, they create an account when they open the invitation link.

1. Select **Invite members**.

2. Enter one or more addresses in **Email addresses**.

You can paste a list. Separate the addresses with commas or new lines. Select **Add another** to add a field.

3. Select **Send invitations**.

Everyone joins as a member. Invitation links last seven days.

After a person joins, add them to a team to give them access to business data. See [Teams](https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/admin/teams/).

## Track invitations

Open the **Invitations** tab. It shows each invitation and whether the email arrived.

- Select **Resend** to send a new email. Resend creates a new link, and the old link stops working.
- Select **Copy link** to copy the invitation link.
- Select **Revoke link** to cancel an invitation. The link stops working. People who already joined keep their membership.

## Change a role

A member is an Admin or a Member. To change a role, select **Make admin** or **Make member** next to the person.

The workspace must always have an admin. To demote or remove the last admin, promote another member first.

## Remove a member

> **Caution:** Removing a member also removes them from all of their teams. To come back, they need a new invitation.

Select **Remove access for** and the person's name, then confirm.
