# Review agent tasks

> Follow your agent tasks in My agent tasks, and approve or reject the exact row changes that an agent proposes.

An agent task is one private piece of work that you give to an agent. **My agent tasks** lists your tasks, their history, and the row changes that wait for your review.

## Open a task

1. Select **My agent tasks** in the sidebar.

2. Open a task from the list.

3. Read the **Result** or the **Latest update**.

4. To see what you asked and what the agent did, open **Request and history**.

Tasks are private. Only you can open your tasks. The work continues on the server after you leave the page.

Task controls:

| Control | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Pause task** | Pauses the task. |
| **Check again** | Gets the latest status of the task. |
| **Continue task** | Sends a follow-up answer or more instructions to the task. |

## Approve the exact batch

An agent asks before it changes rows in a table. It groups the changes into a batch. See [Approvals](https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/concepts/approvals/).

1. Open the task.

2. Under **Proposed row changes**, select **Review batch**.

3. Read each change under **Review exact changes**. Each change shows **Before** and **After**.

4. Select **Approve exact batch** to accept all the changes in the batch.

   To refuse the changes, select **Reject batch**.

5. Select **Execute next approved change**.

6. Do step 5 again for each change until you see "All changes in this batch are completed."

> **Note:** Only you can approve your batch. Approval covers exactly the changes you saw. It does not give the agent more permissions.

If the rows change after the agent made the proposal, the proposal stops being valid. The task shows "This proposal was superseded."

If a change shows that its result is unconfirmed, do not make the change again. Read [Unconfirmed changes](https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/troubleshooting/unconfirmed-changes/).

## Check credits and limits

Open **Usage and technical details** in a task to see:

- **Credits used**
- **Credits reserved**
- **Tool calls**
- **Active time**

Each task has limits. When a task reaches a limit, it stops. The limits add up across the whole task and never reset.

| Limit | Default | Maximum |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Tool calls | 100 | 1,000 |
| Active time | 300 seconds | 3,600 seconds |
| Credits | 100 | 10,000 |
