When you connect a Google app, Google asks you to allow access. Then Google sends you back to TulipFarm. If the connection does not finish, TulipFarm shows a message. Each heading on this page matches one of these messages.

To start again from any of these problems, select **Connections** in the sidebar, then select the Google app.

## Google consent was not granted

**Why this happens**

You selected **Cancel** on the Google page, or you did not allow the access.

**What to do**

1. Return to **Connections**.
2. Connect the app again.
3. On the Google page, allow the access.

## Required Google permissions were not granted

**Why this happens**

Google lets you clear some of the access boxes. TulipFarm needs all of them.

**What to do**

1. Return to **Connections**.
2. Connect the app again.
3. On the Google page, select all the access boxes.

## Google consent link expired or was already used

**Why this happens**

Each connect attempt gives a link that works one time. The link stops working if you used it before, waited too long, or signed out.

**What to do**

Return to **Connections** and connect again. Stay signed in to TulipFarm until you finish.

## Sign in to recover Google consent

**Why this happens**

You were signed out of TulipFarm while you were on the Google page.

**What to do**

1. Select **Sign in to TulipFarm**.
2. Return to **Connections**.
3. Connect the app again.

## Google needs reconnecting

**Why this happens**

The connection stopped working. For example, you removed TulipFarm's access in your Google account.

**What to do**

Open the app on the **Connections** page and select **Reconnect**.

## The Google connection changed

**Why this happens**

You started a second connect attempt, or you changed the Google account. The newer attempt replaces the older one.

**What to do**

Open **Connections** and check which Google account is connected. If it is the wrong account, connect the app again with the correct Google account.

## Google could not complete consent

**Why this happens**

The connection did not finish because of a problem at Google or at TulipFarm.

**What to do**

Open **Connections** and check the status. If the app does not show **Connected**, connect again. If the problem continues, [contact support](https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/troubleshooting/contact-support/).

## You signed in with Google but your Google apps are not connected

**Why this happens**

Signing in to TulipFarm with Google does not connect your Google apps.

**What to do**

Connect each Google app on the **Connections** page. See [Connect Google apps](https://docs.tulipfarm.ai/integrations/google/).
