Credits
Credits measure AI model usage in TulipFarm. The whole workspace shares one balance, and each new workspace starts with free credits.
Credits are the units that measure AI model usage in TulipFarm. Everyone in a workspace shares one credit balance.
How credits work
Section titled “How credits work”- Each new workspace starts with 1,000 free credits, worth $50. The Usage page shows them as Welcome credits.
- Only AI model usage costs credits. Tool calls and other computing do not.
- Credits are a unit of usage. You cannot buy credits in TulipFarm. To get more, contact support.
Each model call reserves credits before it starts. When the call ends, TulipFarm charges the real cost and releases the rest. If TulipFarm cannot confirm the usage of a call, the credits stay reserved.
A call can need more credits than your balance has left. A large model reserves more credits before each call.
What uses credits
Section titled “What uses credits”Each agent task has its own credit limit. The default limit is 100 credits per task.
Where to see your balance
