Unconfirmed changes
When TulipFarm can't confirm that a change happened, do not redo it. Check its status or use the recovery action.
An unconfirmed change is a change whose outcome is unknown. TulipFarm sent it, but the app can’t tell if it happened.
A change shows as unconfirmed or “Outcome unknown”

TulipFarm sent the change but did not get a confirmation of the result. Work that the server accepted can continue after you leave.
What to do
- Find the change in the app.
- Use the status or recovery action beside the change.
- Wait for the result before you try again.
An agent task has no result yet

An agent task continues on the server after you leave the page.
What to do
- Open My agent tasks.
- Open the task.
- Select Check again to see the latest update.

An admin change in workspace settings did not confirm in this browser tab. This applies to these changes:
- Workspace name
- Workspace icon
- Model access
- Model fallback
- Workspace closure
What to do
- Select Recover workspace changes in the banner.
- On the Recover workspace changes page, check whether each change was saved.
- Do not submit the change again until you know the result.
The recovery page keeps your changes until you close this browser tab.
You approved a change, but nothing happened yet

An approved request is not the same as a completed action. The action runs after the approval.
What to do
- Check the status of the action in the chat or task.
- If the status is unconfirmed, use the status or recovery action beside it. Do not request the action again.
Credits are still reserved
Section titled “Credits are still reserved”TulipFarm reserves credits before each model call. If the outcome of a call is unknown, the reservation stays in place. You can see reserved credits on the Usage page.
