Start workflows from Notion, Google Forms, and HubSpot
Notion, Google Forms, and HubSpot only start workflows in TulipFarm. Chats and agents do not work in these apps.
Notion, Google Forms, and HubSpot start workflows when something new appears in them. Chats and agents do not read or change these apps.
What starts a workflow

Google Sheets can also start a workflow when rows are new or updated. See Google.
How the setup works
Section titled “How the setup works”- On the Connections page, these apps show Set up instead of Connect.
- Set up opens workflow setup.
- You paste an access token from the app. TulipFarm does not sign in to the app for you and does not refresh the token.
- TulipFarm checks the app for new items on a schedule, from every 1 minute to every 1,440 minutes.
- TulipFarm does not start workflows for items that existed before you set up the source.
